In the spring of 2020, our team discovered that despite a barren retail landscape, consumers still responded to messaging that reflected human connection. We tabled our original SS20 content, and with minimal budget, re-created everything from the ground up - imagery, copywriting, emails, web assets, social posts.
The work paid off. Engagement grew at an unprecedented rate, with email conversion and clickthroughs outperforming numbers from SS19.
